Again this year, we are offering the option to purchase tickets electronically for the St. Elizabeth School Annual Tuition Raffle!  All families have received four tickets from the school. To purchase, fill out the form below with your ticket numbers and select the number of tickets that you wish to purchase.  Then, send back your filled-out ticket stubs (small portion of stubs only with your name and information; keep your portion). Please also send any non-purchased tickets in an envelope marked with your name your child's name and homeroom.  If you have purchased tickets online write "Electronic Payment" on the envelope.
